In the distant past I was the manager of a fitness center. There was always a HUGE influx in memberships beginning around the first of the year. Initiatives were initiated by all those who resolved to be healthier by "this time next year".
I bet you can guess what occured subsequently. By February 1, half of those who started a program had already quit. By March 1 all but a a small number of of the New Years' members had disappeared. Out of the whole newbies group, only a couple would still be coming in to work out "this time next year".
I see the same pattern with newbie Internet marketers. GUNG HO is their keyword at the first. But progressively, their failure to make a whole hearted commitment weeds them out.
OK, I'll cut right to the chase.
It's a characteristic of all people to have that sinister "lazy gene"...nearly everyone that is reading this. It's a actually easier to get up, go to work, come home to eat, play some games, and then get up only do it all over again.
That's called a "RUT".
What will that rut bring you by "this time next year"?
Of course you already know this answer.
In one of Clement Stone's books, he informs us of the main requirement for success being the ability to take ongoing action. He points out that the rate of "taking action" is directly proportional to one's unhappiness with the existing conditions.
In other words, if you'd like a better life, you have to WANT IT badly enough to spring into action and go after it!
I was in that boat and I DID want it badly enough. I took the action and I'm reaping the rewards. I understand the level of effort needed to achieve success and change old inclination.
Now I want to provide you some assistance.
I want you to look back "this time next year" with a proud feeling of accomplishment for what you have achieved.
Here's an email from a beginner asking the typical "how to get started in internet marketing" question. You can read it and my retort here:

If you want a dramatically different life by "this time next year", let's get started!
I look ahead to working with you soon!
